One of the Hallmark features of American Life…the shopping mall!  What better way to spend a rainy day?  Obviously many people think so, since the parking lot in the painting is full of cars and trucks.  The sky is so dark with rain that the overhead lights are still on, even though it is daytime.  The predominant colors of this piece are brick red, and mustard yellow.  This piece has lovely textures with thick paint in some areas.
